Through the use of Labelbox and SuperAnnotate, we streamlined data tagging, achieving high accuracy levels. Utilizing Python, BigQuery, and geographical mapping tools, we analyzed Excel sheets, extracting valuable insights. Furthermore, we translated complex data into clear narratives, complemented by impactful visualizations, to facilitate informed decision-making processes.

Market Research and Analysis

We conducted primary research involving over 150 medical professionals to penetrate the scrubs market, identifying crucial affinity factors. Within a strict 2-week timeframe, we executed thorough primary research across 5+ cities, gathering essential data from 4+ diverse professions. Employing advanced statistical analysis techniques, we interpreted the collected data and presented detailed visualizations along with actionable insights. Through comprehensive data analysis utilizing tools like Tableau and PowerBI, we distilled key insights, identifying statistically significant patterns and trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Strategy Developement

We played a pivotal role in enhancing the company's market presence and strategic direction. By actively engaging in it's Market Analysis team, we contributed to the development of tailored strategies for the Indian Smartphone Industry, identifying key trends crucial to HONOR's success. Through quantitative reviews, such as assessing their prodcut against 10+ competitors, we provided insights for product positioning. Moreover, we crafted a comprehensive Branding Strategy for the CEO and devised a structured External Visibility Plan to enhance brand recognition.

We led the YouTube influencer strategy for "Native Water Purifiers," analyzing 1000+ results to identify top influencers and trends. Our insights drove channel selection and engagement optimization, while competitor analysis informed effective positioning. We developed a strategy deck aligning with the company's objectives, driving search visibility and success for Native Water Purifiers.

Strategic Revenue Modeling for SaaS Expansion

In this project, we led a team to develop a robust revenue model for a SaaS platform. Through market and competitor analyses, we informed strategic financial decisions. We established a value proposition system aligning product offerings with customer needs, maximizing profitability. Additionally, we identified expansion opportunities in new regions and partnerships, evaluating their financial feasibility for informed decision-making.
